Subject: The Masterpiece by Dr. Bates

Thank God Bates wrote this book, published his medical articles and his Better Eyesight Magazine.

I myself wore glasses and contacts for over 22 years. Haven't used them for almost two decades now.

I've been teaching the Bates Method professionally for over 18 years now (as of March 2016) and have helped many, many people get their eyesight back to normal or better than 20/20. Thanks to the diligent work and writings of Dr. Bates.

Though my experience shows that the articles from his magazine make it easier for most people to understand the Bates Method, this book, under either title, (the other being: Perfect Sight Without Glasses), is invaluable.

Be aware though. Intellectual understanding of Bates Techniques is not remotely close to understanding the techniques from experience, that is, from actually being able to improve your eyesight back to normal or better than normal.

Most people would save themselves much time and headache (literally!) by getting help from a competent teacher that does not use glasses, contacts or has had any type of Lasik or other eye surgery to improve the eyesight.

If you want help improving your eyesight, feel free to contact me, Carlos Moreno, via my web site: CenteredVision.com
if you would like to improve your eyesight.

Thank God Bates wrote this book! : )
